1. Seller Eligibility

Sellers must provide accurate and current information, including identity verification and tax-related documents, as required.
Businesses must be legally registered under applicable laws.
2. Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for listing accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory status.
Products must comply with applicable laws and marketplace guidelines.
Prohibited or restricted items are not allowed. Listing such items may lead to suspension or legal action.
3. Order Fulfilment
Sellers must process and dispatch orders within the agreed timelines.
Products must match descriptions and be delivered in proper condition.
Tracking information must be provided where applicable.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Sellers can set their own product prices, subject to compliance with applicable pricing laws.
The marketplace will deduct applicable fees, commissions, and taxes from seller earnings as per the Seller Payment Policy.
Payments will be made according to the pay-out schedule stated in the Seller Payment Policy.
5. Fees & Commissions
Sellers agree to pay applicable marketplace fees, commissions, payment gateway fees, and any other applicable charges.
Fee structure is subject to change, with prior notice to sellers.
6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Sellers must comply with the marketplace’s Refund & Returns Policy.
Refund amounts for returned or disputed orders will be deducted from seller pay-outs.
Sellers must resolve buyer complaints promptly and in good faith.
7. Taxes & Compliance
Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes on their sales, including income tax, GST, VAT, etc.
Sellers must provide accurate tax information and comply with tax reporting obligations.
8. Intellectual Property
Sellers must ensure that their products and content do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Marketplace reserves the right to remove listings that violate intellectual property laws.
9. Prohibited Activities
Sellers may not:
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Manipulate reviews, ratings, or sales data.
Abuse buyer information or violate privacy laws.
Circumvent the marketplace’s payment systems.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
The marketplace may suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or fraudulent behaviour.
Pending pay-outs may be withheld in case of serious violations or unresolved disputes.
11. Limitation of Liability
The marketplace is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from seller activities.
Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the marketplace from all claims related to their products or actions.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to sellers and posted on the website. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
