This Seller Payment Policy (“Policy”) explains how payments are handled for sellers on THIVID TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By selling on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Payment

  • Sellers must comply with all marketplace terms, policies, and guidelines.

  • Sellers must provide accurate banking and tax information to receive payments.

  • Orders must be completed successfully, with no unresolved disputes or chargebacks.


2. Payment Cycle

  • Payouts are processed on a week basis.

  • Payment will be released after order completion and successful delivery confirmation.

  • A holding period of 7 days may apply to ensure buyer satisfaction and minimize disputes.


3. Payment Methods

Sellers will receive payments via:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

  • [Other Payment Methods if applicable]

All sellers are required to provide:

  • Bank Account Details (Account Name, Number, IFSC Code, etc.)

  • Valid Identification Documents (if required)


4. Fees & Deductions

Marketplace fees, such as:

  • Commission fees

  • Transaction processing fees

  • Other service charges
    will be deducted from the seller’s earnings before payment.


5. Refunds & Returns Impact

If a buyer is eligible for a refund under our Refund & Returns Policy:

  • Refund amounts will be deducted from the seller’s future payouts.

  • In cases of insufficient balance, we may request additional payment from the seller.


6. Dispute Resolution

Payments may be withheld in cases of:

  • Unresolved buyer complaints or disputes

  • Fraud investigations or suspicious activities
    We reserve the right to delay or cancel payouts until disputes are resolved.


7. Taxes

  • Sellers are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.

  • We may deduct applicable taxes as per local regulations (TDS, GST, etc.) and provide necessary documentation.


8. Account Suspension or Termination

If a seller’s account is suspended or terminated:

  • Pending payouts may be held until all obligations, disputes, and refunds are settled.

  • In cases of serious violations, we reserve the right to forfeit earnings.


9. Changes to Payment Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here, and sellers will be notified through their registered email.
